  • How to find us?

    We’re directly across from the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, just past the crossing near Broadbeach North tram station. Look for our red “Yindee Thai Massage” sign between All age car rentals and Tobacconist on Gold Coast Hwy.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, we have two parking options:


    • In front of the shop: Metered parking (paid)
    • Oasis Car Park: Free for 3 hours, then a 5-minute walk to the shop
  • Do you have other branches?

    Currently, we only have one branch at Broadbeach.

  • How can I book an appointment?

    You can book in two ways:


    1. Online via this link
    2. By phone at 07 5538 1815 (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
    • Online bookings can be cancelled through the app.
    • Alternatively, you can call the shop to cancel directly.

    If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the shop reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking.

  • HICAPS Insurance Claims

    Claims can only be made for Remedial Massage services.


    Coverage depends on your health fund plan.

  • Pregnancy Massage

    We offer Pregnancy Massage for expectant mothers.


    However, we do not provide services for clients who are less than 3 months pregnant to ensure safety for both mother and baby.


    Please inform our staff before your appointment so we can assign a therapist who is trained and certified in pregnancy massage.

  • Responsibility for personal belongings

    Clients are responsible for their own belongings.


    The shop does not accept responsibility for any lost items.

  • Refund Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify our staff within the first 10 minutes of your massage.


    After this time, no refunds will be issued.


    If a client exhibits harassment or inappropriate behaviour, the service will be immediately stopped, and the incident will be reported to the police with no refund.

  • Post-Massage Soreness

    For Thai Massage or Deep Tissue Massage, clients may experience mild soreness in areas where pressure was applied for 2–3 days after the massage.


    Warm baths or sauna sessions can help speed up recovery.

  • Massage Oils

    We use high-quality massage oils (Ingredients; Mineral oil, Emulsifier Laurate).


    *Mineral Oil is found to be non-acnegenic and non-comedogenic, therefore it is not prone to clogging pores.


    An additional option is Coconut Oil ($5 extra).


    **If you have allergies, you may bring your own oil.

    (No discount is available in this case.)

  • Surgery or Injury

    If you have had surgery or any injuries, please inform our staff before your service for your safety.

  • Payment Methods

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash.


    (We currently do not accept AMEX. We apologize for the inconvenience.)

  • Purchasing Vouchers

    You can purchase vouchers in 2 ways:


    1. Online via our website … You will receive an e-voucher with a voucher number, which can be redeemed when you visit the shop.
    2. Directly at the shop … You will receive a Physical Voucher Card, perfect as a Gift Voucher for your loved ones.

    Voucher validity: 1 year from the purchase date 


    Remark: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
